The 2011 Annual Conference, titled "The Ombudsman:  The Bridge to Conflict Resolution, Accountability, and Transparency," will be held Wednesday, October 26, 2011 through Friday, October 28, 2011 at the Crowne Plaza Jacksonville Riverfront Hotel in Jacksonville, Florida.  Two 2-day pre-conference workshops will be offered on Monday, October 24 and Tuesday, October 25.
